Day 3 Kochi (formerly Cochin), is a port city on the southwest coast of India and is a frequent stop for cruise ships. Known as the "Gateway to Kerala," Kochi's beaches, delectable seafood, expansive malls, historical sites, and museums make it a popular tourist destination.

The Kanmon Straits, a narrow waterway separating Japan's Honshu and Kyushu islands, are spanned by the Kanmon Bridge, which provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Travelers can walk through the Kanmon Tunnel, an undersea passage that connects the two islands.

The surrounding cities of Shimonoseki and Kitakyushu offer a variety of attractions. Shimonoseki, located at the westernmost tip of Honshu, is known for its seafood, particularly pufferfish, and serves as a gateway to the island of Kyushu.

Day 5 Formerly transliterated as Cheju, Jeju City is the largest port on its namesake island. Features of the island include three World Heritage sites, lava tube caves, numerous museums, outdoor activities such as surfing and hiking, and various theme parks.

Day 6 This beautiful port city and capital of the Nagasaki Prefecture is located on the island of Kyushu. A Japanese trading hub for centuries, Nagasaki, along with Hiroshima, was destroyed by an atomic bomb in World War II. Today, visitors are strongly encouraged to see the Nagasaki Peace Park, which commemorates the tragedy. Other key sights include Hashima Island, an abandoned island off of the city's coast, the mansion-dotted open air park Glover Garden, and Mount Inasa, offering majestic night views. For a truly unique experience, visit Huis Ten Bosch, a theme park that is a replication of a Dutch village.
